I went to that car place in Mid October 2017 and Robert was the first salesperson I spoke to. I asked him about a particular car I saw in the lot, He was quick and efficient in all answers.
He even advised me the car was now reduced when it did not say so on the car sticker.
They also gave me a 30 day warranty front to back.
Very impressed.

My husband loves to buy cars and we have found a great place to buy them. Since we live an hour away, a lot of dealings were done via internet. Working with Kyle was wonderful. It was so refreshing to find  someone in the car sales department that was as professional and polite as Kyle. No matter how many e-mails were sent to him, he always promptly replied. We only met with Rob once  but he also seems to be very pleasant to work with.  My husband loves his Nissan 350Z  so much  I'm surprised he sleeps at night! Thanks again to That Car Place!

After looking around at a few dealerships I came across That Cat Place. This is my first car and I was quiet nervous about buying. I was originally looking at an older car which was very worrisome for me. After doing budgeting I was able to get into something newer for close to my original payment budget. Kyle and Anya made the whole process worry free. I had some concerns with my car and Kyle assured me everything would be taken care of which it was. Anya updated me throughout the whole entire process and it was wonderful. They went above and beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with my car!!! I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!!!

I rarely give 5 stars, but the main reason that I was inclined to do so with That Car Place is their transparency. I bought a 2011 BMW and the whole time they were honest and up front about everything, right down to explaining the different options and prices about the warranty for me. Robert in sales was really helpful and though I was pretty much set on the vehicle I wanted offered some alternatives before I took the BMW for a spin. He's been great at keeping in communication throughout the process and keeping me updated as the car was getting ready. Anya in finances did a really good job as well with securing me a rate within my budget and in being efficient with all her paperwork so that the car was ready when expected. Diya in service was also really transparent, informed me what was needed on the car before pick up, and found all previous records he could for me.  Really friendly people and the lowest prices and huge selection in the city. PS: For those with not so good credit who may be worried, I'd recommend to look at That Car Place first. Thank you so much to Robert, Anya, Diya and the whole team, I'm so happy with my new BMW and with the level of service I received! :)

That car place just sold me my first car 😀 the entire process from start to finish was amazing. The customer service was excellent and they made buying a car simple and stress free. I’d highly recommend checking this place out !!!
