I absolutely love this place! Great food available All day, grab and go or stay. Wonderful drinks and incredible service. They clearly work hard both behind the scenes and in the store! Don't change a thing! (except for your delicious new menus) :)

If you LOVE breakfast, and you LOVE trying breakfast food with layers of flavor, then you need to try The Early Bird. I have never tried a dish I didn't love here. Great atmosphere. Great staff. The best food.

Best of both worlds: 1. Fantastic and creative  food and beverage selection in an order at the counter format. 2. As a result it's a low pressure place to sit and enjoy a meal or beverage. Bring your dog and sit outside and enjoy the day.  Highly recommend.

I have loved Early Bird since its transition from Kava House.  The staff has always been so sweet and the vegan options have always kept me coming back.  This morning I brought in two friends who have never been to Early Bird and who tend to frequent places like Denny's.  I wanted to expose them to local businesses with flair.  It was disappointing and surprising that the gentleman with longish curly hair, headband, and glasses, at the counter ignored us while we attempted to order.  I appreciate his enthusiasm for dancing and having fun, but we both walked away feeling undervalued and as if we were intruding on a house party of friends.  My friend who had questions about the menu tried to get this man's attention and he continued to blatantly ignore her, talking to other servers and fiddling with papers.  When she finally got his attention and he avoided eye contact in talking with her, she decided not to purchase any menu items at all.  Embarrassed, I asked her if she was sure, as she was just expressing interest in the menu a few minutes before.  She dismissed it away.  Meanwhile, feeling awkward, I picked up a newspaper to look at the headline, to which the server quickly snapped to attention to tell me "those are for sale."  To which I replied, "No thank you."  He then divulged his experience with customers who try to take the newspapers for free and how it is a real issue.  Feeling defeated and not up for his attempt to redeem his customer services skills by bashing other customers, I simply sat down at my seat and buried my head into my laptop.  I love the atmosphere here at Early Bird but I hope that there will be more attention placed making customers feel welcomed.

Solid drink selection, good food, and decent prices.  Used to be a place to spend an afternoon before the remodel, but the trendiness has priced that option out a little bit.  Still a great place to visit, and the best eggs in town.
