Since 1984 we are Bainbridge Islands oldest owner operated restaurant serving sourdough pizzas using a 120yr old sourdough starter from the gold rush!

Family owned and operated for over 32 years we have been using a 100 year old sourdough starter from the Klondike gold rush to make our sourdough pizza crust. We are the oldest owner operated restaurant on Bainbridge Island!

The pizza is amazing. I don’t recommend Friday nights if you need anything in a hurry though. They are normally 45-60+ minutes between order and ready. The sourdough crust is so good. Every pizza I’ve had there has been incredible. Even the plain cheese is extraordinary. 
They usually have a few different by the slice pizzas available but I use their app to order.
The pizzas are rather small and a bit pricey for what you get but it’s worth it in my opinion

Small, well run pizza place with excellent service in downtown Winslow. The pizza crust is different than any I've had before - in a good way. Soft, chewy, light, and delicious with fresh toppings. On top of that, they made us three large pizzas in 20 mins, a speed record I'm not used to coming from Seattle. Overall I highly recommend and will be back.

This is the BEST pizza I've had in the PNW, and one of the best five of my entire life. The crust is perfect. It's crispy in the right places and chewy in the other right places. The crew is wonderful, too. It's amazing what can happen in a 500 square foot kitchen when people are passionate about the food they serve.

One bite everybody knows the rules. Fresh, I'm sure this pizza is a solid 7.5. After being in the warmer a generous 5.8.
