Very historic site in central Denver. City Park has always been full of history and culture.
Beautiful Fountain in beautiful City Park. Plenty of parking.
Went to the Jazz Festival down here recently and had a good time. I really don't go to many public events, concerts, or shows as much as I'd like to these days. But there are some great festivals in this park, that is right by the Museum of Natural History and the Denver Zoo. A great place to take the family, spend time learning, and taking in art.
Cool statue to walk around and take pictures. There are three smaller statue around the main one with love, loyalty and learning which are very cool too! I love the sword for loyalty with a small lion. Worth checking out, great for families, walkers and joggers!
Love city park. Plenty of parking, never too busy and some nice loops with unbeatable views of Denver and the front range.
Really pretty, it wasnt running because of the snow and the cold weather but there is a big green area around and free parking in the area
Prettiest municipal art in America.
Born & raised in Denver & this was the first time I had actually stopped and looked or actually paid attention to the statue. The reason I think I hadn't paid much attention to it before was bcz it is on the side if the park behind the zoo.
I had a booth at the Arts festival. The park was very maintained compared to a coupke of years ago when there was a lot of standing water because of the lack of "defined curbs".
The coolest thing is the knights carved outta Rock rises and makes the most beautiful water Falling so mist Jets up and out!!!
