Went for med care for equipment for a stage 5 patient and was lied too, over/wrongly sold, and treated poorly on the after sale. Our group travels from E to W and rarely run into folks so arrogant, or  the "better than us"  kind of shop as this. Id never recommend this brick and mortar as opposed to any place within 100 miles. These peeps have no cares, and only go for the $$.

I've never had a problem here in the 4 years I've been shopping with them.  Great pipes with good selection, I prefer a lot of items here then over at smoker's choice.  I find they have a more persoal approach to sales which I feel Is better than the type of service I have received from other shops in Brockport.

What is wrong with you? Do your employees hate life or something? Do you even care about making money? This place was so small and it smelled like something that shouldn't be in the store... not sure what they're doing in there. The color of the store is blinding it gave me a headache trying to look around me all i saw was green!!! I doubt they're seeing green or much of it. I wouldn't spend my money here to get barked at when I walk in the door. No help just waited and walked around and nothing. I don't know how these people expect to make it as a business.. I walked right out after 15 min of no service and went over to Go Ask Alice and I had an amazing experience. They have been in business so long for a good reason. The 420 emporium needs to take some notes... or showers?

Amazing shop, they have everything you need I guarantee it. Open really late which is so convenient! Don't bother going to Go Ask Alice, come to The 420 Emporium instead!!
