Went today for lunch. I ordered a chicken liver sandwich and chicken sub. The liver sandwich was good but the chicken sub was oily or something because it made me nauseous.

Yesterday I ordered 6 small fruit cocktails and I sent my son to pick it up. He came back home with 6 cups and said they were out of ashta, and believe it or not I regret every penny spent. It was the worst cocktail I ever had. It was a couple pieces of apple and banana and they were so sour. All 6 cups were so nasty. I really never order from this place because I have heard the food is unclean and junky, but I figured its just fruit, how could they mess that up. Well I found out!! This place has fallen down big time. I do not recommend to anyone. They were a good place about 20 years ago. Not anymore. YUCK!!!

Food is great, but customer service is severely lacking.

I really like the chicken sub, and the cheese burger. But what's up with the salt and pepper shakers always sticky?

Looks like they rely on delivery and takeout, not paying any attention to dine-in customer service. 

We've had our orders mixed up several times. I haven't seen improvement in customer service yet.  

Rated A for consistently good tasting food, and bad customer service!

Very very very  Bad customer service. I always get problem when I order from this place. If I ask for 4 sandwich they only make one. If I want chicken showarma they make it grilled chicken sandwich. Last time I went to that place I asked for spicey  Potato pieces,  The one they give me stink so bad mad me throw up In the car I took it back I told him that I paid $6 For the order it wasnt for free and he overcharge me, he said no he didn't and there's nothing wrong with it but little smell!! I am like little smell!!!! I paid money for this food and it shouldn't have smell at all.
