Olive Branch, MS - I was using the property management services of Melissa Parrish through the Anderson Team of Keller Williams Realty and was very disappointed in the manner which my property was managed. 
  My key complaint (per the contract) is there was to be periodic inspections of the property to insure damage or unauthorized "improvements" were not taking place. These inspections did not happen or they were only happening from the living room as the amount of damage along with excessive wear was found after the termination of KW/Melissa Parrish's service. This kind of damage must have taken an extended time to occur and unnecessary (and protracted) repairs were required. 
  The payment cycle from the time KW received rent until it arrived in our account was completely unacceptable and no effort to improve the process were being developed. It is always the accountants fault. 
  The services of KW and Melissa Parrish were terminated solely based on the poor performance of this property manager and lack of adherence to the service contract.
