My husband and I went to the Arch to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful evening.  We have been there before, but it had been a very long time (too long!).  The staff there is so friendly, and the food was excellent - we especially love the cucumber soup and the souffle.

Beautiful spot where one can enjoy a sophisticated dinner.  Professional service and amazing dinners beautifully presented in a gorgeous setting.  Perhaps the finest restaurant in Westchester/Putnam Counties.

The Arch is a classic in every sense of the word--a restaurant that strives to provide a fully satisfying dining experience in an elegant yet congenial setting, offering dishes that combine the freshest and finest ingredients with sophisticated virtuosity. The Arch's library of wines and spirits is extensive and diverse. From the moment the guests are seated, they are given meticulous attention; the pace is relaxed and the presentation pleases the eye as well as the palate. The Arch is one of very few places that can confidently offer everything from escargots to elk, superbly prepared--and don't miss the soufflés, both for first course--the cheese soufflé is amazing--and dessert. Visitors to the Arch can be assured that they'll be delighted to have spent their evening in this very special Hudson Valley establishment.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 35 years and have never been disappointed. The staff and service is always outstanding and George and Dee have truly been in my heart.. got to have a soufflé every time I go...
