My family stayed at the Arnott House and it was wonderful. We had a room around back of the house and upstairs.  The room was very clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and was fixed on time and hot when served. I would differently stay there again if I would ever be in that area again. The price of the lodging and breakfast was very reasonable.

Tidy little B&B with clean, nicely appointed rooms and a friendly innkeeper.  We had a room with a private entrance around the back of the house which was nice.  Breakfast was offered but our schedule did not allow for it.  As it appears to be the only accommodations within at least a 30 minute drive, The Arnott House is much nicer than it has to be.  If you're going to be in the Spencer area, I would recommend staying there without any hesitation.

My room was immaculate. Dilya is fantastic...and so are her pancakes.  A very friendly, very pleasant place to stay while you are in Spencer.

Owner was very courteous and welcoming. She had the delicious and FREE breakfast ready right on time. Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone looking to stay a night or two in Spencer.
