I wad from out of town, broke down on the highway. Tug Towing was very prompt and courteous. I did not know where to have my car repaired. They offered to take my car to their shop at the Auto Gallery of I wanted. My timing belt snapped, and my motor shot. Auto Gallery service was great. They went out of their way to find a replacement motor for a fair price. Thank you Brian!

This review is not in reference to a car purchase, it is in response to an encounter with the Auto Gallery's towing company TAG. We were at the Crafthouse bar/restaurant in the Baldwin-Whitehall area. The parking lot was extremely crowded so we parked across the street in the parking lot of a small strip mall. There was a very small sign (approx 12"x12") that said no parking; and the parking lot was very poorly lit. Although I was not happy about it, I realize that I shouldn't have parked there and that it was my fault. My problem with The Auto Gallery/TAG, is the fact that they totally took complete advantage of the situation. They charged $275 to tow my car approx 5 miles which is extortion. We I arrived to pick up my car I told the person working there that I thought that what they charged was ridiculous and that they were taking advantage of a situation. He then told me he was going to call the police and wasn't going to take my car off of the truck until they got there. I was not being rude or raising my voice, just simply telling him that I felt he was ripping us off. I would steer clear of this company. If they rip you off like this over a couple hundred dollars just imaging what they will do over several thousand. These guys are scammers. By the way, they also damaged the front end of my vehicle when they were taking it off of the truck.

Terry is awesome! Him and the whole staff from Brian to my tow truck driver made sure my insurance claim was taken care of and found me a great car I could afford. They took the extra time that only can be described as great service!!!

I recently was in a car accident on my way home from work. Ryan, The TAG tow truck driver, showed up and put me at ease immediately. If it wasn't for Ryan I would have been lost. He towed my car to TAG (The Auto Gallery) and Brian, the owner, and the rest of the crew were absolutely wonderful. It was a one stop shop. They gave me a rental right there so I could get home and when I got my car back it looked better and smelled better than when I bought it five years ago brand new. I cannot say enough great things about all the people at TAG. I am grateful for all they've done from the moment I got towed to their shop. Their professionalism and workmanship is the best I've ever experienced. My car looks great!!! Thank you guys so much!!! I would highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. Thanks again!

I worked at the Auto Gallery for Brian under the table. I payed taxes myself on that cash so that I can claim it and not get into trouble. I have still have proof that I worked there and I still have proof of my time sheets after 3 years of not working there. I also have Brian screaming at me and threatening me on a recording from my cell phone. I was detailing cars for Brian when (RICO), a guy who works for Brian, was detailing a car and left the keys in it. The car got stolen due to Rico leaving the keys in the car. Brian blamed me instead of his good buddy Rico. Brians employee and friend Eric Dorsch got me kicked out of the place I was living in return forcing me to quit my job and move back home which was on a Friday. On that Friday my grandmother was dying and I needed to get home, Payday was on Saturday, since I had no place to live I had to quit work and go home to Ohio especially since my grandmother was dying. As I was getting ready to leave work I asked Brian for the money I have earned so far and asked him to just keep Saturdays pay since I could not work that day nor any more for that matter. My grandmother was dying for Christ Sake, and Brian just laughed when I told him I need to go home because my grandma was dying. BRIAN REFUSED TO PAY ME WHAT I HAVE EARNED SO FAR even when my grandmother was dying. Brian told me, his exact words were, (go ahead and call somebody, you never worked here, I don't owe you anything, I don't onow who you are, you can't prove you worked here for me). Oh but I can I have pictures of me working at The Auto Gallery, and I have pictures of my time sheets along with records in my time sheet app. The pictures I have of me working there are time, date, and location stamped. Point is, Brian is a horrible person who refuses to properly and legally hire his employees and refuses to pay people when he feels that he shouldn't have to or doesn't want to. LET IT BE KNOWN I COULD HAVE SUED HIM AND WON. MY COUSIN IS THE BEST LAWYER IN COLUMBUS OHIO AND WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE MY CASE. He is not this caring awesome guy that everyone makes him out to be. Brian is a rich, arrogant, horrible no hearted person. Because of him refusing to pay me I had to drive 45 minutes back home to Ohio on 1/4 tank of gas, I ended up running out, having to get a tow halfway home and having to pay $380 for a tow the rest of the way back home when my grandmother was dying. I sat in the cold for 6 hours in my Jeep on the roadside with all of my belongings before a tow truck finally arrived to help me. On the ride home in the tow truck my grandmother passed away and I did not even get to see her all because of Brian. I will be going to see Brian one day to get my $600 that I am owed. And according to my cousin, a Lawyer from Columbus, there is enough evidence to build a case, and hopefully get a conviction and restitution. There is no statute of limitations on these things. The proof is all there and I have over 7 witness signature to attest to the fact of me working there as an employee in 2013. He is a millionaire and he cannot afford to pay me my $600 ? I will show up with an Ohio State Trooper and a Pennsylvania State Trooper along with my Attorney to provide to Brian the evidence I have against him. Brian will have the opportunity to pay the $600 he owes based upon the hard evidence we have or be taken to court. Simple as that. I am tired of all these rich guys thinking they are better than the next guy who doesn't have a million dollars. Well news flash, I will never have a million dollars but I guarantee you I am a better man than Brian ever will be because I have respect and care for all people no matter what age, color, sex, race, or income.
