Stephanie Tucker is a wonderful attorney!  I have had her as an attorney twice, as I suffered two different accidents at two different employers.  Stephanie was very understanding on both cases and she assisted me in a timely manner throughout the process.  If I did not have Stephanie, I would never have gotten any money for my injuries from my employers.  I would highly recommend Stephanie and any of the attorneys at this firm!  If you ever have a question, you can call them and they will answer it for you.  They always return client phone calls right away.  They treat you like they really care about you.  When you first meet them, there is never any pressure.  I found on both occasions that they do not put any pressure on you for you to agree to have them take your case - they are very honest and trustworthy.  I have already referred them to other friends of mine and will always continue to do so in the future!

This letter is addressed to anyone searching for the best legal representation.

In September 2016 I contacted the Babcock Law Firm to seek help with my workers compensation (injury) case...  I was then quickly scheduled the next day to meet with Stephanie Tucker (associate attorney) to go over all my case details. From day one, I really felt I was treated with the upmost respect, understanding and compassion. It didn't take me very long to know that I was making the right choice.

Now, three and a half months later, and with the firm's awesome help, the opposing insurance company has finally settled with us. The pay-out amount was exactly what we had hoped for!

Stephanie was super easy to work with. They kept me informed on what was going on and gave me good advice.  In court was very professional and out did the OJI attorney. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

Mack Babcock is the one of the best, if not the best Work Comp attorneys in Colorado. He's professional, thorough to a fault, hard working, honest, and he actually cares about his clients. Because of his expertise, professionalism, and hard work, he was able to get me about $75K more than I would have thought possible. He negotiated like a champ, came completely prepared, and just left me speechless with his negotiating skills. If you need an attorney for Work Comp, I believe that your only call should be to Mack Babcock. In a system geared against the Injured Worker,  rest assured that Mack will work his tail off to get you the best settlement possible. I would use Mack Babcock and Stephanie Tucker again in a hearbeat.
