Whoa 😲 five stars ✨ for a restaurant/bar in a strip mall in Agawam? Went for lunch. I would go back for dinner or lunch. Food was good. Burger was tasty and I ate all the onion rings. Beer list looked good but I was working so I held off.

We had the home made chips and onion dip, and the Mediterranean salad and added meat to it. Everything was fresh & tasty. I'll be going back for sure.

Visiting from Florida and met some friends for lunch! Great food and service and will return whenever in town. Everyone in our group had a similar experience...kudos

Very Friendly staff and the owner came by to make sure  we were happy.
Limited pub food menu, but that made it easier to make a decision.
Good food and daily specials.
And they don't rush you you​. We will be back.

What I love about The Back Room is the atmosphere and relaxed feeling. It's laid back, its quiet and the drinks are great. I have only had a little bit of a wait on the food, and the parking can be difficult. I would have given it 4-stars, but I know it's something that can be improved - and I hope they do. The staff are always friendly, and I regularly see one of the owners working hard, whether its helping customers or cleaning tables - I really commend that. I always have a great time, and I would just caution people on the parking - it can be difficult at the busier times. There are neighboring parking lots you can use.
