Been eating their bagels for 12 years.  Best described as puffy, occasionally to the point of choking of the hole making them look like strange rolls.  If I wanted dense bagels there is a delicatessen near me that imports them from New York.  I don't though.  I want the light tasty bagels made by the ladies at the Bagel house.

This place is a hidden Gem! Their bagel sandwiches (breakfast and lunch) are beyond amazing! All bagels are baked on premises and are extremely fresh. 
I live just under a half of a mike away. I will call in an order while walking from my house to my car and by the time I get to the store, my sandwich is ready. 
I like my my breakfast sandwich pretty crispy/toasted, so be sure to ask for them to double toast the bagel if you like yours the same. They are very generous with the ingredients as well. If you were to compare their sandwiches to those at Manhattan Bagel, I am pretty sure you would see and taste an immediate difference. 
The staff is very friendly and they work very hard to get your food ready as quickly as possible.
