My wife and I found the Bagel Den after being disappointed with another Bagel store, and it's safe to say this is where we plan on getting bagels moving forward. All of the bagels and cream cheese varieties are made in house, and after trying several of the hot and cold sandwiches, we're hooked. Our favorite sandwiches are the nova lox, the Cali, the carnivore, and the vegetarian. The bagels themselves are great with any of the cream cheeses, but we loved the bacon and scallion and the strawberry flavors. Overall, a great find!

Honestly I love this place…. I was super bummed this is literally the first time they haven’t hit the mark. None of the cheese was melted on my egg and cheese bagel. It made me sad this morning. The work microwave doesn’t work so now I have a like warm bagel with eggs that are at least cooked but the cheese is just a thick slice of cheese slapped on the Luke warm eggs.

Went for the first time and got the buffalo chicken bagel sandwich and my boyfriend got the chicken bacon and ranch sandwich and they were both amazing! They each came with a pickle and a choice of a fruit cup, chips, or potato salad. We loved our lunch so much that we got two cream cheese bagels to go and walked around the Riverwoods with them. So much better than Einstein Bagels!

This was my second visit. After my first visit I wasn’t too keen on returning. However, my daughter told me to give it a second chance and add a cream cheese to my bagel sandwich. That was the game changer! I ordered the Cali breakfast sandwich with onion & chives, lightly toasted and it was delish!!

AMAZING! Service is great. Staff is very friendly. Location is great. They have a drive through. They are open Sundays. Bagels are so good! Asiago Bagels are the only bagel I get because they are to die for!  I get together with my friends here every Sunday to play games and eat bagels and it is by far the best part of my week. The staff is so nice and connects with us on a weekly basis.

Wow, the best breakfast I have had in forever!  Highly recommend the “Mexicana” on a cheddar jalapeño bagel! Delicious doesn’t even begin. Super friendly staff, great vibe and atmosphere

Their bagels seem extra dense to me. The first time I went I got a bagel sandwich, and the bagel was so hard that I couldn’t really even bite through it and all the insides squeeped out. Today I got a plain, toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and it is still quite a chore to chew. Their potato salad and their macaroni salad are good.

EDIT: After owner’s response, I am changing my review to 5 stars. Thanks for listening to your customers! We will come in soon for those bagels. We have had a couple of good experiences here and thought we really liked their bagels. We just went today Saturday 9:30 am and got half a dozen bagels to go. The bagels are hard and disappointing. They must have given us old ones. We got 3 different kinds and they were all extremely hard. The taste was fine, but the texture was not. I hope they will make whatever changes necessary so that this never happens again. If they want to sell old hard bagels, they should be discounted.

Highly recommend! Fantastic menu! So much variety of sweet and savory! Beyond bagels, their coffee and other drinks are amazing! Love the vibe the art gives on the inside! Always feel well taken care of by staff and management! Killing it!

I love The Bagel Den! I’m super happy they have a location in Provo, it was a definitely stop when passing through Heber. The Provo location is great all the staff are super nice and friendly, the manger is cool and engaging and even the few encounters I’ve had with The Owner Matt has been awesome. The Bagel Den clearly cares about their product and the people that walk in the doors!
