Amazing workshop with Rob! Brought my partner for a fun night out since he started to craft his own cocktails a few months back. He said he still learnt lots from Rob with it being just a 2 hour workshop and he's done a few workshops with bartenders and chefs. The workshop titled know your spirits and bitters started off with a little bit of background and history of the school and bitters served with our first drink. Second drink Rob showed us the difference between a smoked version and original old fashion. The fun part and highlight of the night was when we got to try all the syrups and bitters to craft our own cocktails. To finish off was a cocktail that resembled a dessert. Rob gave us an educational, entertaining and thirst quenching night. Definitely would recommend the workshop and other courses it hosts for anyone who is starting to make their own cocktails.

Thank you Rob.  You are awesome.  Have already recommended the workshops to friends and will continue to.  I've taken a couple of workshops and have another scheduled for next week.  One was a bitters workshop and Oh My Wow.   I'm still thinking about those walnut bitters.  Looking forward to learning more through the workshops.

Trust me, Go! Rob is amazing. He's well educated and been in the industry a long time. He's personable and funny but teaches you loads along the way. I would highly suggest the workshops OR full classes for beginners or bartenders/servers already in the industry. Bring a friend or 3 along and enjoy

Rob is amazing! Best class I could recommend anyone to take! Whether you're a beginner or a mixologist yourself, you can always learn tips and tricks from this guy! You won't regret it! And as an added bonus you get to taste the finest drinks you'll ever have made by Rob! Will definitely be going back again!!
