Called and left a message...no response. Called back a few days later and spoke to someone about coming in with pictures for a birthday cake. Employee said it was fine. Went to shop few hours later and they were closed early, shop hours indicates they were open until 5pm and it's only 1pm. Employee failed to mention ANYTHING about closing early. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed with this bakery. My wife and I decided to use this bakery for our desserts at our wedding in Temecula. We did the tasting and everything was set. My wife had even called the bakery a couple days before the wedding to confirm the order. During the dinner portion of our wedding, we realized that the bakery had forgot the cannolis we had ordered. While there were many other dessert options, the cannoli's are what we were most excited about. We are from Chicago and had a lot of Italian relatives coming in so we thought the cannoli's would be a nice touch. 
  After the wedding we contacted the bakery, they apologized and refunded the cost of the cannoli's. That's it! In my opinion, this is unacceptable. The Bakery should have double checked our order and made certain all the desserts were there. They should have also offered a bit more of an apology than just refunding the cost of the cannoli's. I understand accidents happen, but in this occasion it shouldn't have. Will not use them again and would highly advise caution if you decide to.

great place to go for sweet treats. we got my daughters unicorn cake there and was so happy with the design. the cake decorator was wonderful to work with.  the cake was super moist and not too sweet! would definitely order again!

Such an amazing place!! The staff was so incredibly helpful and jess worked so hard to bring my idea to life! I couldnt be more satisfied and I definitely will be coming back. Thank you guys so much. ❤️

I love this bakery!  I stopped by for the first time to pick up some desserts for after dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me pick out a delicious assortment so we could try a little bit of everything. My favorites were the cannoli, tiramisu and red velvet cupcakes! So good! They make custom cakes as well which we thought would be fun for my brother's coming up.
