1st time going, got a layered haircut. Person did a great job on my haircut I belive her name is Cynthia. She also cut my son's hair. Great job overall, very friendly place.

Didnt get even close to what I wanted on my hair! 

Went in asking for a long bob and golden Balayage hair and came out with no hair cut and highlights with ombré looking. Told the girl (Sandy) that I wasn't happy with my hair and all she kept saying was "your hair will get lighter after a few washes, just wait". I drove 1 hr to this salon because I had read such great reviews but I regret to say this girl sandy didn't know what she as doing! The least she could have done was schedule me in to try and fix my hair but she didnt even respond to my text. So unprofessional!!! If anyone decides to visit this salon, make sure NOT to schedule with this girl Sandy.
