A great buying experience at The Bed Store. Renee, sales associate was very attentive and genuinely interested in our needs and wants. We took our time and she did not push the sale. Good products sell themselves. Renee just helped in the selection process given the abundance of different mattresses to choose. Highly recommend this store as well as Jason, the store manager.

Bought a HIGH dollar mattress and box set on 11/6/17.  A deep and long sag came in the foam on one side. Contacted them and sent pictures. This happened around the 60 day mark, Was told to go online and file a claim  Well claim form would not pull up for a few days. Finally got it through our sales lady and still no one has been out to look at it or has called. Cant even sleep on mattress. They got $$ and don't care now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Great place to buy a bed. Jason was great in helping us make the right choice. Good selection  to choose from and very nice people.

Jason was super knowledgeable. ...right off the bat he showed us exactly what we were looking for,.we looked at several other mattresses but came back to and purchased the first one he showed us.

I had a wonderful time at the bed store on champan hwy in knoxville tn. Jason Bailey was a huge help and very friendly. Next time u visit the bed store ask for Jason and enjoy your experience and your new bed!
