Awesome experience they gave us a great deal on a custom TV console and leather Ashley reclining sofas.  Promised us delivery before Xmas - everything delivered and set up and all garbage was taken away with them. Great service we are so happy with our purchase!!

We ordered a sleeper sofa and it was delivered.  We unwrapped it and saw a tear in the arm.  I called the service number and the gentlemen were here in two weeks with a truck with a new one.  They did everything that needed to be done.  They helped me check it over, pulled out the bed and even put the feet on.  When they were leaving they picked up all the garbage and asked me if there was anything else they could do.  The sleeper sofa is wonderful and just waiting to be used.

David and his team at The Bedroom Shop have been a great resource to my family as we have begun to furnish our new home.  They first helped us earlier this year pick out a large sectional for our home, and ensured we got a price that couldn't be beat.  A few months later we returned to purchase a custom-made Handstone dining table, and again they have been very knowledgeable and accommodating to work with as we made our decisions.  Looking forward to receiving our table in a few weeks!

My experience is ongoing and I am NEVER buying from this place again. I went into the store and advised the associate that I needed something quick as I was moving into my home and would like my furniture in 2 weeks or so. The associate assured me my furniture would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Apparently this was only said to actually make the sale and take my money. Cut to a month later, and I'm getting the run around from the "customer service" team. I was told early this week that the truck would come in with my furniture this week and that "when they are in the area", they would deliver my stuff hopefully next week. Today we get a call that they won't be in the area until 2 weeks from now. What do I pay delivery fees for? For you to pop by when you're "in my area"? This is absolutely ridiculous. And also, the customer service department does NOT answer their phones and do NOT call back where you ask them to call back. 

Leaving 1 star only because it's the lowest option available.

Got my bedroom set from them, right sales representatives, helpful!!! just one note check the quality of the delivered furniture.  We had some problems, but was sorted out in no time, not a store fault !! More then good quality of domestic furniture. Costly a bit , but no plastic made , all wood !!! Solid !!! Prices from 2000$ and up!!!
