They accommodated us well, had a last minute change for my granddaughter Birthday and Ms. Maggie was very good she gave me a 99$ Bowling package. My granddaughter had a great time thanks again.

Good for parties and group gatherings. I've been coming here since I was a kid and management has changed several times. Service was slow waiting for our rental shoes and we didn't have any coordinator helping with the party. The bumper bowling wasnt working in one of our lanes and was awkward having another party share our space. But overall, lounge area had comfortable seating for those not playing, the new arcade gives free play coupons for birthday celebrant, the food was very good!!! We ordered pizza, pitchers of soda and water, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and fries. It is very loud in there and the strobe lights are a bit much, not as classy as Lucky Strike, but definitely improved since the old Breakers. One photo wall area for pictures and signage for special events.

Family friendly bowling place. Really like that there is an arcade area. It's better than the Fun Zone in my opinion.

My dad and I decided to take my 13 year old brother to The Big Event to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately there was a wait for bowling - which was fine, he decided he'd rather play in the arcade & in the pool hall instead. 

Upon departure of the pool hall, we had to pay for our hour of play. My dad gave the woman his debit card and the woman ran it once and said "there was an error I have to run it again". This happened three times so she said "ya'll don't have cash or any other form of payment?" Since my dad had been watching her the whole time, he said "let me check my bank app - I'm pretty sure you charged me already". She followed with "don't tell me how to do my job, sir" so he pulled out his phone and sure enough, she charged us TWICE already. He tried to show her and she yelled at him saying "DONT SHOVE YOUR PHONE IN MY FACE!" (Which he wasn't)

He asked her to remove the charge and she said she would after she took care of the others in line. He said "oh well can you just give me my receipt and I'll go to the front for it?" And she yelled "SIR WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND, YOU HAVE TO WAIT" 

At this point, I went to get a manager because she was starting to get nasty. The manager told my family to follow her to the front and she'll take care of it. Following the manager, my brother was last in line. Not knowing what just happened (he's 13 and didn't understand) he looked back at her on our way around the corner and she yelled "STOP LOOKING BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BRAT!" That is when I told her not to talk to a child that way and asked her what her name was. She removed her name tag and wouldn't tell us and followed by saying "don't tell me what to do. I have a degree in Hospitality and have been working in Customer Service for six years" --- degree or not, I'm pretty sure you should never talk to paying customers that way. 

Even though the manager gave us free play at the arcade, I don't think we will be returning.

Awesome experience for kids and adults. It's like Dave and Busters but a level lower. Still a great place.
