The Big Whiskey BBQ Co. is a barbecue company founded in Princeton, WV. Not only are we a mobile eatery, but a competition barbecue team and catering company. If you name it, we will find a way to put it on your plate!

We are currently promoting our company on the east coast and hope to eventually expand across the country.

I don't know where to start.  Four of us for dinner.  I had 3 ribs so hard on top I couldn't eat it.  What was left was fat and gristle. Pieces you could pull out were as long as my finger and that big around.  7 in all.  Everybody else had the pulled pork which was cold and tasteless.  About 7 things we tried to order are no longer available even though they are on the Web menu.  I would NEVER go back!  Changed owners and NOT an improvement.  We should have walked out!

Delicious Bbq, corn bread was fabulous. Pickles perfect. Brisket tasty but slightest bit dry. Worth the drive off the highway

Great food and service. Really enjoyed the smoked chicken and the kids enjoyed the BBQ sliders. Great price as well.

Not bad, big plate, small portions.  Don't use real cheese.  Cheese food at McDonalds, not a mid price eatery.

Good food, GREAT prices, good service!
Nice outside area to eat, good beer selection. The BBQ sauce was lacking a wow factor, maybe just an ok flavor. Also, wish they would have trusted any of us with a knife. Lol
