By far the greatest bike shop I have ever encountered. Knowledgable and friendly staff that truly has the customer's best interest in mind. Rich has been super helpful and accommodating. From here on out, I will only be shopping here for my bike needs.

The Bike Shop is a fantastic shop with great staff. While is seems to be a new store it has been there for a long time under the Bike Attack name. The change of name brought a new feel and better management.  I like the shop much better now.  Great selection, pricing and service. Not pushy but very knowledgeable staff. The only shop I got to in Santa Monica!

Best bike shop in town!! Super-nice staff who didn't try to oversell me. They even saved me some money AFTER I agreed to buy it. Great to do tune-ups and fixes along the way. HIGHLY Recommend.

These guys rock!!  New name but same owner. Andrew is the best.  Been shopping here for a decade and I always get excellent service. Have bought seven bikes from them over the years. This is the best local shop on beach!
