I was looking for a bike. They were willing to listen to what I wanted and what I needed. They showed me several different options.  Let me ride one out in the parking lot to see if I liked it. They were very friendly.

I recently went in knowing I wanted a bike, but not knowing much about bikes or how to select one. After asking a few questions about what sort of riding I wanted to do, they recommended a few models, let me test ride them out front, and I walked out a short while later with a new bike that I have greatly enjoyed riding since. They also recommended that, after a month or so of riding and breaking everything in, I should bring the bike back for a quick tune up at no cost. I think that says a lot - they aren't concerned with just selling you a bike, they want to make sure you continue to have a pleasant riding experience. 

They also offer a good selection of bike accessories, riding gear, replacement parts, and an in-house shop for making repairs.

My boyfriend brought his bicycle up here and didn't even fix the rim but put a chain on, when he got home he checked the rim and it's the same one that was on it. When he called they got very rude with him. I would NOT take anything back to this place.

Very friendly staff.  They fixed my son's bike quickly and fur a good price.
