Our speakeasy-style bar and eatery was built on a couple beers and a dream, The Blind Pig is the latest adventurous eatery to hit Orange County with an eclectic seasonal menu with something for everyone.
Our craft cocktail specialists are mixing up delicious craft cocktails such as the effervescent Harvest Collins with Broker's gin, Clear Creek pear brandy, lemon, rosemary simple syrup, and topped with a few dashes of port; the refreshing and warm Vinnie's Tea Party with house infused chamomile vodka,Calisaya, lemon, turbinado, and garnished with a cinnamon apple.
