Considering a BMW? Go see Joe Wong! Very knowledgeable Product Advisor. Patient, listens to what you want, not pushy, very easy to deal with. Even post deal, if you have questions or concerns, he will look after you. Very responsive to text, phone calls. Thank Joe for your wonderful service! Happy with my 2017 X5!

I met with Victoria and was looking for a 2012 X5. She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable on what would suit my needs. I ended up getting a 2015 X5 which I loved. Her service was so good that we came back and got a great deal on a 2015 528. If you need great service at the BMW store then ask for Victoria!

Joe Wong at the Vancouver BMW Store offers wonderful service.  He is extremely knowledgeable with all BMW products specifications.  His service and dedication to his clients is nothing short of spectacular.  Returned calls promptly and detailed in his explanations.  Bought a new BMW X1 from him this past week, and I can't wait to recommend Joe to my friends and relatives.  Would definitely recommend Joe and the Vancouver BMW store. The other staff at the store are also very supportive and tremendous.  Thank you Vancouver BMW!

Experienced a terrible service in this dealership,  at first, the salesperson was pushing me to accept the deal. then we had a deal on the vehicle pricing but after I paid the deposit for the pricing, the sales informed me that I will need to pay a lot more for a security deposit, which was unacceptable for me. I wish to cancel the deal since I haven't picked up the car but the sales refused to issue a refund with an aggressive attitude. So as the sales manager, he could have issued a refund because I haven't signed the final contact and it was them that were trying to get more deposit without telling me at the first place, but he rejected on purpose with an even worse attitude. the overall experience sucks in this dealership, they don't respect the choice of customers and they were making the experience so much worse than other dealership.

Neil the wheel is simply amazing.  He is a sales wizard who understands the products he sells and works to get his clients the best deal.  He also gives you a coffee mug if you close a deal with him;.  What more can you ask for?
