There's nothing I don't love about The Bob House!! It's loud on a busy night & reservations are a good idea in summer & on weekends. Literally 9 out of 10 times the food is out of this world great! Sadly the chef the other night thought raw fish was cooked to perfection ( his words ) when it was raw & barely warm but I wasn't charged for the meal. I do dream of this meal & I have it twice a year. This was the 1st time I was disappointed. The others in my party enjoyed their burgers & they were cooked perfectly. I WILL try again in the Spring when I come back to the area again. I do love The Bob House! It's worth the money and really is an enjoyable place to go with friends and family.

First time there and we only live 40 minutes away! Dinner was excellent. Prime rib was exactly how I ordered it and flavorful. The loaded potato was just that. My wife had one of the baked haddock dinners and that was also very good. Food came out hot with nice portions. 8 year old son had chicken fingers and fries. He gave a thumbs up! Definitely go back to try some of the other menu items!

I went in as a single diner at a very busy time so I sat at the bar.  The bar tenders were really hopping.  Got a menu pretty quickly but then took a while for my order to be taken.  Once it was my food came out fairly quickly.  I ordered the Scrod Florentine - it was delicious!

Reliable.    Fair priced.   Some menu selections are better than others.    Open when most other restaurants in the area are closed.   Decent bar.

SO GOOD! Visiting from out of town. It was recommended that we check out Bob House for lunch. They have a gluten free menu (with pizza options!). Our server, Amanda, was great! We definitely recommend the spinach artichoke dip.....which we couldn't stop spooning into it!
