We are a family owned and operated business right in the heart of Pasco County- between Land O Lakes & Lutz!

Conveniently located off of Highway 41, across from Wal-Mart we serve breakfast and lunch all day- every day!

The owner, Cheryl Croteau, comes from a family of restaurant owners with the most recent being Bobby Smith of Smitty's Chicken. Locals will remember the famous restaurant as having multiple locations around the growing town with a speciality for- you guessed it- fried chicken.

With prices that are easy on your wallet, friendly servers, and to die for food- you're missing out if you haven't tried this local hideaway!

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. It was very crowded, tables were all super close together. The price was reasonable. The food was good, but kinda bland. It's really one of the only sit down breakfast spots in the area, so I kinda corners the market.

The atmosphere was easily a 4.5 however. Everyone was super friendly, and the place did feel like a little reading nook. The decorations were cute, and the floors were paint splattered and adorable.

Concerning the Breakfast Nook on US Highway 41 in Lutz, Florida. I rate this family owned restaurant at five out of five stars. The wait staff is first rate and really tries their best to make you feel special and to cater to your needs. The food is prepared fresh and has always tasted delicious at a reasonable price. Well worth the visit.

I love the Breakfast Nook! Great food and service with large portions for a good price! And they always keep your coffee cup filled! Kim waited on us today, she was awesome! Keep up the good work, guys!

I'm surprised to see such good reviews from the other local guides. I ended up leaving without taking the other half of my lunch with me because 1: It's very loud and very crowded 2: The food itself is 3/5 even for the low cost. 

Perhaps it was because I came at 10:00 am on a Saturday and ordered the Reuben.

Jennifer was totally on point this morning. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Told her I was new and didn't know what I wanted so she pointed out three options from different categories. And more importantly, my drink cup was never empty. See you again soon!
