Rock Solid!!! Attorney Aubrey Burton saved the day. My children's father obtained a temporary protective order against me on false pretenses, and had me served right before Easter. I was put out of the house and he had custody of the kids. No other attorney's would return my call, except Mr. Burton. Mr. Burton met with me on a Saturday and immediately calmed my nerves. He not only explained the process but he also prepared me for trial by going over testimony, making sure that I had necessary evidence, and necessary witnesses.

Needless to say, Attorney Burton won the case (on a Motion for Judgment) and I didn't even need to testify! The look on my children's father's face and my children's father's attorney's face was priceless!

I was fighting a uphill battle for custody of my daughter. I have been getting the run around from multiple lawyers in the the PG County area and none of them gave me any confidence on winning my case. I met Mr. Burton and was reassured that I had a strong chance to win custody of my daughter and for me to continue doing right as a father and to not let anyone try to get me to act out of character. He was very knowledgeable on family law, patient, courteous, attentive and communicable. Following his advice and producing all the documentation he requested I was successfully awarded custody and now have a lawyer that will take care of any of myself or family legal needs.

A+ Attorney - Great Job. He handled the appeal of my case after my other attorney messed up. He is very responsive and a good lawyer. I have sent other people to him and they are very satisfied as well. Also, the judges and court staff know him.

Worth every penny. I hired Burton after my girlfriend referred him to me, because he represented her sister in a divorce case. Burton explained things to me and he walked me through the process. The people that work at the courthouse know him and so do the other attorneys that do family law in PG and Charles County. Long story made short, I have twice the amount of visitation with my son and my ex-wife doesn't play anymore games with me and my relationship with our son. Burton saved my relationship with my son.
