As if this place needed another 5 star review for you to know you needed to go there, but here it is. The brisket was literally mouth watering and you don't need the knives they supply. Go there for lunch come back for the great wine selection. Was disappointed I did not see any Chianti there.

I can't say enough good things about this place!  Nice selection, and super friendly employees!  They walked me through how to smoke a whole packer brisket.  From the prep, to the rub, to the smoke, and a burnt ends recipe as well.  Turned out amazing, thanks Taylor!

excellent local meats, great group of guys that work there, great customer service and delicious prepared items for lunch. also good selections of wine. can't beet this place!

High-end, custom butcher shop of locally raised meats that are free of hormones, chemicals, and antibiotics.
Incredible selection of wines and the owner has as much knowledge of the wine as he does the meats.
Small selection of high-end grocery items.
Premium charcoal for sale.
Also serves delicious lunches from the butchered meats, with tasty side dishes.

This is the spot for a great  hand crafted burger or brisket sandwich with many other great options. They use quality products and cook them to perfection. I can't wait till the next time I am in town.
