wish i could give them 10 stars. the cake guys did such an amazing job with covering everything for my friends wedding, from communicating in a timely manner, to pointing out all options, plus even working with us on pricing....just amazing. we didnt have to worry AT ALL the day of! not to mention the real deal tasted even better than the day we sampled....i mean just amazing. i will always recommend the cake guys before anyone else!

The cake design, tasting, and personal time they gave was an awesome experience. We had our top tier just this month for our 1 yr anniversary and the cake was as a delicious as it was on our wedding day!

BEWARE of FAKE POSTS on here! (The 3 posts that have back to back 1 star ratings are a clue!)  A bride/groom got their family/friends to gang up on The Cake Guys and each post a negative review! Just wanted to warn you of the cyber bullying going on by some folks! 

NOW, on to my review. 
The Cake guys prefer email communication rather than a phone call, I prefer email too so that works! that doesn't mean they won't call you back when you leave a voicemail. Also, once they've been in contact with you they are happy to give out their cell numbers and text you if there are questions about anything. All in all, communication was great and the guys were great to work with.

Now let's talk about the cake!
I had a brides cake and a grooms cake. If you take the time to go through their website and read all of their info you get great coupons so read up people before you go for a tasting! Saves you time and $$$. 

I took them a picture of what I was looking for in both cakes. We modified them and the lady actually makes notes of your cake and takes all of your details of your vision. We are car people, so for the grooms cake we wanted a specific front grill of a sport model car, we told them what we wanted and the lady made notes. We signed off on everything as her drawing and notes were right on point! We chose our flavors and they were delicious!!

Wedding day gets here and I finally get to see our creations. I was floored, my jaw dropped and honest to God I did NOT want to cut the cake. They were a WORK OF ART!!! Beautiful!! They were EXACTLY what I pictured and wanted. They literally recreated my picture for the bridal cake and put the colors and finishing touches that I asked for. This was not an easy thing to do, the flowers I asked for were like 3 dimensional and had several loops within loops to make the flower (I hope that makes sense). I couldn't not believe they got every single detail correct. I mean, the grill on the grooms cake had the lines, the different colors, the model of the car, it was just perfection. 
I am so happy that my vision was their priority and they made it happen. I can't thank you Cake Guys enough!!!!!

I ordered a cake from them for my 15th a few years ago.... my theme was ballerina and I wasn't supposed to have ballet shoes as the topper. When the cake arrived it came with no topper. It looked so plain because the big thing was going to be the shoes. After telling their delivery girl she said she would bring them and she came back with a small crown... we paid for the shoes didn't get the shoes and didn't even get an apology or partial refund for the shoes. So un-professional!!

Outstanding!!! The Cake Guys provided our wedding and groom's cake and we could not have been more pleased! The consultation was exciting and productive, and they were so great to work with from start to finish! I am not even a cake person, and I couldn't get enough cake! Their delivery was amazing, and they it our cakes all set up and good to go perfectly. I cannot believe how beautiful our cakes were! We also just thawed out our topper for our anniversary, and it was just as good as our wedding day! Absolutely love them!
