It is an interesting place with lots of animals But it is not very big and there isn't much to do for the price. We were only there an hour you have to pay entrance fee and then pay for the food walk around touching and feeding the animals and then leave. For $8 a person I think there should be a bit more on offer there isn't any food for purchase or any other reason to stay. It is not somewhere I would take the kids over and over. Worth going at least once though I think.

Very fun place to go and enjoy time with the family. The kids and I love feeding the animals. It's near to be able to get that close to them and interact safely. I would suggest going early since there isn't a bunch of shade.

I was here on 12/28/2017. We stopped as we passed through Yuma, AZ on the way back from Phoenix. It was $8 a person to get in and $1 for a cup of pellets to feed the animals. Lots of neat animals to look at and feed. I do feel that the enclosures are to small for some of the animal. There was a lot of waste in them too. One of the big male camels looks like he is in very rough shape. He had growths on him, what also looked to be scabs and some scars. I wouldn't go as far to call it a slum zoo, but I also wouldn't say it is nice. Kids will love it.
