If your considering taking this challenge do not take the hard body challenge the machine they use to measure your body fat does not work properly. I would just take the 20 pound challenge at least u would be able.to track your progress more accurately.. I seen people who did not make the challenge according to the machine but they look amazing. The trainers are also amazing, meal plans were the greatest but they helped.. the only thing that I disliked was that they did not give a good understanding of how the machine works.. n I had no knowledge of it.. if I would have taken the 20 pound challenge i would be more successful. I'm only giving it 3 stars from the lack of information they gave me in regards to.the machine. I did loose 500 $ n was really upsetting to find out the machine wasn't accurate. But I dI'd see change in my body. I just would have loved to be better informed.

The instructors there are really friendly. I came by to try it out the first time.  My body wad in shock after the first 10 minutes because I had been working out in awhile now. I al.ost tbought I wouldnt make it but was surprised it did. They had stations set up where you would work out for like a minute the  rotate to the next one. (*sort of like that jenny craig workout place (not sure if its the right company name but im sure you know what im talking about.) 

Note: since Im writing this review the next day Ive found that my body parts are aching which is showing signs that their workout is effective. The only downfall is that Im having trouble bending down and sitting because my upper thigh hurts. Im like an old grandma walking around. Lol....

It's like a family, members and trainers are very supportive and they help you wanting to keep coming back with pleasure, plus, the workouts are killer!
