I'm a meat lover and I'm also very critical about it! If I like medium, that's the way I like. No more or less! Is just like when you order something and you create some expectation and they go over it. And it doesn't stop there! I'm not a chicken fan bit my friend ordered a chicken and I was never so interested in a piece of chicken before like there. Our waiter gave us a real teaching about which wine would be better served with our food, besides his amazing courteous customer service. The ambiance is very well decorated and all the cuts are really prepared in the original Weber Grills, honoring the name of this place and bringing this gastronomic travel to high sky levels. The prices are very generous and you receive back everything in satisfaction!

The Capital Grille on Boylston St Boston is AMAZING. AMAZING. The food was excellently prepared, with thought put into flavor and texture pairings. The ambiance is classically romantic; a mic of American & European details with warm color & lighting. While the food and atmosphere here are to die for, the best part of The Capital Grille is the staff, without a doubt. Every member of the team is genuine; they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and we'll taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. I now have to go change my rating of every other restaurant I have ever visited to reflect the superior quality that I experienced this evening at The Capital Grille!

Amazing restaurant, but you already knew that. Every item on the menu seemed like gold. Got the lobster crab cakes for an app and I can't stop thinking about it. Steaks were out of this world good. Cooked to a perfect medium rare. Can't wait to come back

Even though this was the first time eating at The Capital Grille, we felt like we were with old friends. Nothing was left to chance! The lobster bisque, dinners, and desserts were fabulous! Our waitress was, without doubt, the perfect example of what a dining assistant should be.

Who doesn’t love the Capital Grill? Went here for a company Xmas party and had a great time. The food, service, and ambiance was top notch. The steaks are the way to go for sure but really, you can’t go wrong with anything here. Will certainly be back again soon.
