Fantastic, full of flavor and outstanding Food! Owners Gladys and Chef Louis are so personable and down to earth. Come out and check out this wonderful little gem in Hobart!

Tucked in a corner near downtown at George Lake is a place where all should visit. We visited from Texas looking for something different. Great food, service and awesome owner. Tell all your friends. This place is magical. If there were 10 stars they deserve it.

Went here to try it out, the food and drinks are delectable!! I took pictures of our appetizer and my first cocktail but forgot to take a picture of my entree because I was so caught up in the moment. It’s a quaint restaurant behind the Tattoo shop on Main Street. Very cozy but beautiful atmosphere! Lively music and some of the best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had. It is 21 and over so make sure to book a babysitter before coming. So happy to have a restaurant like this in the area. Will be frequenting!

Cozy n pretty restaurant...right by the lake it reminds me of some of the small restaurants in pr by the ocean. Romantic feel for adults dates. The tropical drinks some of the best I ever had. The food great fresh made to order so be patient!! It's not a fast food joint! The waitress sweet, bartender knowledgeable n the owners/chef humble.

Absolutely amazing Hidden Gem found on Lake George!  Delicious authentic Puerto Rican dishes along with  friendly, welcoming,  caring owners and staff.  The intimate ambiance is inviting and cozy.  Unique drink selections are spot on and a welcome change to the ordinary selections found elsewhere.  After speaking with the owners, we found out they cater and even hold events there as well!  We've already told many of our friends and family about our wonderful experience at The Caribbean and can't wait to go back!!  A 5 Star in our book for sure!

Great atmosphere cozy restaurant right by the water - reminds me of a small restaurants you'd find in Puerto Rico. I took the wife there because we heard good things about it. We were very impressed - Good vibes, very romantico for adult dates. The food great and made with fresh ingredients, and dropped when ordered so you have to sit back and enjoy the music and conversation no fast food here. The waitress was very nice, bartender was as well -- and the owner /chef Luis stopped by the table to introduce himself and make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and will be back often and create more memories.

Love the atmosphere, the food and service. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. The alcapurrias were meaty, crispy and large. We also ordered the nachos ~ very tasty. We were a party of 6 and each one felt the meals were authentic and we would all return again!Recommended dishesAlcapurria 3- Fritters, Tostones, Yuca Fries, White Rice & Stewed Beans, Caribe Nachos

Just like abuelita is in the kitchen. Authentic Puerto Rican food, great salsa music, and tasty Island cocktails!! Definitely returning!

Great place and great food. The place is welcoming and it gives you a eating en tu casa con la familia experience. The owners and staff greet you and are very attentive, the service was great I wish I could give them 10 stars. They have a bar and I recommend the tamarindo margarita, it was a hit for our family.  I wish I have pictures of the food but it was that good that I didn’t even took a pic of my plate but I had Arroz con Gandules, lechon asao pernil, Roasted Pork and also had some bistec. Omg it was amazing, If I lived in Hobart this will definitely be my go to place. Please go check them out you won’t regret it.
