This amazing gym ministers to your body, your spirit,  and your mind!  Ammon and Brooke have assembled a great team of coaches. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging.

From the moment you walk into The Cell you know this place is different. The coaches are welcoming, accommodating, and cater to all fitness levels. I was a member of a "globo-gym" for many, many years trying to 'stay fit' on my own & wasn't happy with my fitness level. Since becoming a Cellmate, I have experienced an exponential increase in my level of fitness. I'm doing things in my 40's that I never did (or thought I could do!) in my 20's & 30's!  
The programming is spot on and the encouragement from other members is off the charts. I have been to other CrossFit boxes and the community at The Cell is unmatched. They are the best.

This is honestly the Best gym I have ever been worked out at.  I was super intimidated to try cross fit for the first time, but my awesome wife assured me I wouldn't die and now I love it! It really is for everyone.  The best part about the Cell is its unique blend of awesome coaches and supportive members.  But don't take my word for it come find out for yourself!!

I dropped into The Cell over Thanksgiving Weekend 2015 and was immediately greeted and welcomed. The owners are incredibly nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and gave great coaching tips during the WOD. I will definitely be stopping by the next time I am in Mesa, and I would also hope others visiting the area would give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I just started at the Cell.  I signed up after my first trial day, because the staff is awesome!  Even though I am out of shape and can't do the full workout, they have modified it so that I can get an awesome workout but don't injure myself in the process.  I will work up to the full workout.  I injured my back a few years ago and haven't been able to workout consistently without hurting it so that I have to stop.   Ryan Moody has helped me with workouts I can do to strengthen my back and how to know when enough is enough.   All of the coaches have been helpful in supporting me as I work through strengthening my back and I have never felt like I don't belong or that I shouldn't be there. If you are out of shape and need a place to get back in shape I don't think you will find a better place with better people.
