Service is excellent. Honestly, these guys are very honest about the menu. I hadn't been there before and had not tried oysters. The guy gave me two oysters for free just to introduce me and the waiter steered me away from the stuff that he knew I wouldn't like and suggested things I would like. The lobster roll was the highlight. However, the tuna nachos were also very good. I would steer clear from the tacos. While they weren't bad, I was not really impressed by it. The atmosphere is amazing, great for intimate dates or for dinners with parties of four. Be warned that it's best to make reservations. The place is packed most days. We managed to find space by the bar even without reservations. All in all, experience was great. If you're in the mood for quality seafood and oysters, this is the place you want to go.

NOTE ABOUT ALL REVIEWS ON GOOGLE: THERE ARE 2 RESTAURANTS HERE WITH THE SAME NAME. The upstairs is a classy quiet fine dining restaurant. That's where people are referring to with the surf and turf and the other heavier foods. The downstairs is basically an upscale lounge with almost entirely seafood on their menu. 

We had meant to go upstairs but since we didnt know we ended up booking downstairs. The reservation asks if you're celebrating something you might as well put you're getting married there cause no-one is reading it. Also they do NOT honor their reservations. We had reservations at 8, and were told to wait maybe 30 minutes or longer by the bar. Then i saw there are at least 2 other couples with the same instructions for an 8pm table. So basically they don't care. Then i saw a couple walk in and say they have no reservations and they were also told to wait 30 minutes!!! Unbelievable. 

Neither the food nor the service is comparable to restaurants of the same price range. It's a nice atmosphere but that's not so difficult to find in Toronto these days. Try elsewhere.

The food was delicious. I recommend the octopus, it was amazing! Our server was very helpful and nice. I loved the upstairs portion of the restaurant, especially the gorgeous decor and seating, and not to mention the view of Yonge street was beautiful. Very classy and sophisticated spot!

Love the atmosphere here. The ambiance is exceptional and the decor industrial. The food was good and my server Maddie was simply amazing. I do however think that she suits a better position. Her attitude and sense of making sure we were happy was amazingly pleasant. Thanks Maddie for making my friends birthday simply amazing.

I booked the private room downstairs for a farewell party and we had a delightful evening.  The Chase worked with me on a menu with a variety of options, they could handle various food allergies without issue, all the food was delicious, the room was perfect, and the team there were perfect hosts. We had an outstanding time without breaking the bank. What more could you ask for?
