Went here for a friend's bday dinner. Waited to sit outside and the hostess paged us after an hour and told us we would be splitting the group into 2 tables? The hostess seemed lost. Everything after that was fantastic. Service was great and the drinks were strong. Got the Herb crusted salmon with brown butter carrots instead of mash. It was delicious. And the toasted smores cheesecake was delicious as all the cheesecakes always are

I love eating here.  Even though it's always busy at this location, the staff always do a wonderful job of getting you seated quickly and taking your order.  Everything I've tasted so far is always good but a couple of my favorites are the Roadside Sliders and the Buffalo Blasts.  The staff are always friendly and do a great job of making sure you're happy.

Just got done eating there not long ago. Our waiter was good had no issues with him. Mainly just the food quality i almost paid 60$ i had no issue paying it, but not ever coming back i took my fiance to celebrate our anniversary we got the steak and shrimp. We got only just 5 small pieces of steak the size of a quarter and giving only 3 pieces of shrimp, i got mash potatoes it was just a small trail i ate my whole plate and honestly i wasn't even full not even my fiance we wanted to eat more, The shrimp was rubbery and when i got home it hit my stomach i literally had diarrhea it wasnt cooked right and the steak pieces was just tasteless. When the waiter came back and asked for dessert we could not pay more money. We left to another place and we only had to pay 10$ to get at least 3 times of what we ate there.  

i would give 0 stars if i could but the waiter was good but i would not put him down on his amazing work. the price and food quality is just bad

Very disappointing experience especially for a birthday dinner celebration. When we first walked in,  it was noticiably busy. We walk to hostess stand. She was busy initially with guests. After finishing with them,  we stand there and not once did she greet us or even say "welcome, I will be right with you. " which would be totally understandable. Instead she stood there with head down doing something behind desk. As we are waiting, a lady walks up to the counter saying she needed a table for her party. The hostess assists her. I mention we were standing there first which seemed to not matter. The hostess ignored my comment, still did not greet or apologize, but rudely took our info and says we will be seated "soon." Eventually our name was called and we walk up,  hostess pointing to us informing the waitress who we are. The waitress did not smile,  greet and was rude not only to us but guests along the way to our table. The waitress bumped into a guests rushing to get by without apologizing. When we catch up to the waitress, she throws down the menus and continues walking. Did not say anything to us informing us it was our table (but obviously we knew it was). Thankfully our waiter was nice. We had to ask for a few things but no problem otherwise. As for the meal,  the cheesecake was good. The entrees were bland and disappointing. I had high hopes for The Cheesecake Factory.. Especially in the Memorial City Area.

It's my first time coming in here, and it was packed. We were able to sit down with a reasonable time. Out waiter was attentive and fun. The atmosphere was good as well. Now let's talk food. Their food seem to be extensive on their specialties, however our plates felt lacking. The crown are definitely their cheesecakes and even then it wasn't as good as I hoped for. It's hard for me to say, but it felt like a chili's.
