Came in late by myself and was seated right away as they were not very busy. I flipped through the menu for awhile, picked something then set my menu down. It took about 20 minutes for a server to even talk to me, the majority of that with my menu down, ready to order. When I finally got to place my order and he asked if I'd like bread while I wait and I said yes, brown bread only please. He said he likes his the same and soon I was brought a basket of bread... With white and brown bread. I finished my incredibly tiny portion of brown bread and my water sat empty for ages without being asked if I need either refilled. I sat there watching as couples and groups seem to be getting plenty of service in a timely manor... Apparently my dinning alone with an order of a $22.5 single dish didn't warrant similar attention. It was a very unhappy experience. I went out to treat myself to something nice and instead spent the better part of my first hour there all but ignored. Added to that, my fork had old food crusted to it and my mashed potatoes had many large hard chunks of under cooked potato in them. See my google review for an example of one of the bigger chunks I pulled out of them. Update: I am very disappointed in the reply from the business. Super generic, no apology whatsoever, did not address any of my issues, offer any assurances for the future, and has not solved / given a solution for any of what I experienced that made me upset in the first place.

This was clearly a disappointment and hopefully a one-time thing.When we got there it wasn't too busy and our server got our order everything was slower than usual. Then when we got our meal, my meal was good but the french fries never came with my meal. I had a Kobe Burger and my daughter-in-law had fish tacos that were cold to the touch, our water never got refilled, and my wife's lemonade never got refilled. However, the manager was amazing and did give us money off on each of the items so my Kobe Burger was free and my daughter's fish tacos were free.Hopefully this is a one time situation otherwise I have in the past enjoyed my meals there.

Curbside/Order to go experience: I would not recommend anyone thinking of using the Cheesecake Factory in order to pick up food on the way home. Last week I decided to order a to go meal at 4 p.m. The the hostess said that would take 15 to 20 minutes to be ready. Including travel time I would have had a short 10 min wait. After waiting 30 minutes I went in to find out where my order was. It was a very hot day and I have been sitting in the car parked for about 20 minutes. I saw a group of waiters standing around talking and my order on the counter I paid for my order with a gift card that I had gotten for my birthday. When I got out to the car my order was made wrong and there was no silverware. I called to the restaurant to explain my disappointment that the order was incomplete and that no one had brought it out to the vehicle. The hostess said can you tell that to my manager? I said yeah okay. I proceeded to tell the "manager" about my disappointment. He said that you have to call the restaurant when you arrive that they can't see you from their windows. No one told me this on the phone. They told me that they would remake my order. I bought an additional cheesecake because I was hungry at this point. After waiting another 20 minutes I called into the restaurant and asked if I needed to call into the restaurant because they were replacing my order. They quickly said it was on its way. A few minutes later the man I spoke to came out to the vehicle gave me my order which now appeared to be correct except for still lacking silverware and said that they were sorry for my experience in that I would not be charged for my food. (He was wearing a white dress shirt and I later found out this is not how a manger dresses) I was surprised and said Wow thank you very much. As I was driving away I realized that I had paid with my gift card and I would not get this back. After all this the silverware was still missing and the burger was nearly raw it was so uncooked. This past Sunday I went back into the restaurant to see if there's anything that they can do. Sundays are very busy at the Cheesecake Factory. I also had a very active toddler with me. While the person taking my order was very polite and helpful, the management did not believe what I said. They said asked me if I had any proof of my purchase and after waiting around 30 to 40 minutes and talking to several people I left the restaurant embarrassed after spending another $45. Cheesecake Factory said it was not their policy to do return payment for errors like i experienced. I left my name and number for the management to call after they "researched" the matter but have not received a call. I have spent over $125 at this restaurant in the past two weeks and I may never go there again. Please do not waste your time with Curbside orders from the Cheesecake restaurant at Washington Square.

The service was good! I absolutely love cheesecake I was not impressed with their cheesecake care my kids order the strawberry cheesecake and I had the original. If you're going to name yourself The Cheesecake Factory I expect you to have really good cheesecake I gave the cheesecake on one star in the service the three star

Been before and back again, this time for my birthday! The pit beef dip and shepherd's pie are both delicious; these are favorite dishes for me at other restaurants, but Cheesecake Factory makes my favorite versions of these dishes! Always great service, always great food. I'd come more often but they are a bit expensive for us; lunch options are in our price range.
