Great food always well prepared, bar serves excellent chilled drinks. As there name says they have excellent cheese cake. The wait is the only bad quality as I had to wait over 45 minutes. They also have very attentive staff which stay on top of everything

I went for lunch, crew were so friendly prompt, and professional. Food was great, very hot, very tasty, delicious. More value than the money.

I've been here several times. Excellent service. Food is prepped well. Lots of seating. Not usually very crowded. Can definitely be busy during the holiday season.

Our waiter was great, the food took a little longer than expected to come out. When it came out my burger was missing the cheese and my wifes meal was missing the sauce and the pasta was clumped together. The manager came out and corrected the whole meal and checked on us for the rest of the time. She also covered our desserts.

I've been coming to this Cheese Cake Factory for a monthly meeting for the past seven years (not by my choice). The service is usually good and the staff is always friendly, but my first impression on the food has not been changed - their menu is a haystack in which people continually must search for the needle of a great meal... but only find mediocre dishes. It isn't that the food is bad, it's just that nothing ever wows me. For the prices they charge, I would like a little wow.
