Just went in to pick up a cheesecake.  The line was short, but the wait was long.  Once I put in my order, we waited and waited. 
 I finally asked what was taking so long. The young cashier said, "I forgot to tell you.  It is going to be about 10 minutes because he has to go into the freezer and climb a ladder to get the cake.  She seemed to think that was okay.  I explained that that was their issue to fix.  The customer doesn't need to hear excuses.

Excellent night out. The food was great as well as the service. The Manager Justin checked in on us through out the evening make sure we were happy. Will be returning soon.

Took about 20 min to be seen by a waitor 30 min into opening. Come to find out they were having a meeting. If you are gonna do meetings let's do them before opening hours please. 

Otherwise food was good and cheesecake was awesome as always!! Had the red velvet cheesecake and it was the best!!

Let's not kid ourselves... This location offers a five star experience. Most people and age will come here, enjoy the enormous menu and professionally bartended drinks 😉

Cheesecake Factory in and of itself is an awesome place to eat... nice ambiance for social settings, plenty of seating, very comfortable, extensive menu, good service, etc... they even have delicious VEGAN options. But THIS location in particular is a major headache because it's right in front of (attached to) the Casino. There's nowhere convenient to park. You essentially have to park in the new parking structure or out in the parking lot across the way and walk over.
