My boyfriend and I went a couple of weeks ago to have some cheesecake. It was his first time eating here and I've eaten at this chain several times. Our waiter, Phil, was very good to us and engaged us in every aspect of our experience. He gave my boyfriend a great recommendation (Godiva cheesecake), which he loved. When we go back, we would love to have Phil as our waiter again!

Enjoyed our food.  Good quality and good taste. The reason for the lack of stars all relates to the environment.  My wife and I were seated and then ignored until we stopped a waitress who was walking past.  I ordered a diet coke and was given a regular coke.  Sorry!  We then ordered the chopped salad which was good but the bread basket arrived when we were half done.  I finished my drink and despite the manager walking by and countless wait staff, no offer to refill came until we were waiting for the bill.  The noise level is also problematic. There is no sound dampening and it is rather loud.  Management compounded the matter by turning up the music and it was difficult to carry on a private conversation.   Overall it was not an enjoyable lunch.  I know quite a few other places where I can spend half as much and have a more enjoyable dinning experience.

I will never visit this location again. In June, due to a very bad experience, I was supposed to get mailed two gift cards well I only received one.  I contacted Brian several times with no call back, once we didn't receive the second one. I called everyday about it, I was lied to by 2 managers stating they sent another one out. NEVER DID! ITS OCTOBER. and I still haven't received my second gift card. Very poor customer service. I will never visit this location again!

This is in your response to what your response was about my experience on Sunday after waiting for 2 hours for a table for 7. It had absolutely nothing to do with me nor anyone in my party being hungry and having to wait for 2 hours. It was my daughters 18 birthday and she requested to dine at your establishment.  We drove from Toledo Ohio to celebrate her birthday because she really wanted to eat there, if not for that reason we would have left! The manager stated another 25 minute after already waiting for the two hours! What upset me is he could care less that we had already sat there never saying anything until we were told another 25 minutes! Like I explained before I have been to MANY Cheesecake Factory’s and this by far is the WORST one that I have ever been to! The staff is not put together and look very unkept and the manager was no better! I wish I would have gotten his name but he is a heavy set light skin man with freckles! So before you go trying to make it as if I was hungry and that heighten my frustration is way off base! My frustration was with you establishment and how they handle their customers! It was a party of 7 not a party of 25 and I still can’t understand how they couldn’t pull 2 tables together within the 90 minutes that we were told! They were hoping that we would just give up and leave and I wish we would have it would have saved me $200!!!

I was trying to order 2 Two pieces of cheesecake from the cashier.  The place was packed and was noisy, she couldn’t hear my order and I couldn’t be loud enough for her to hear what I want, I started to point out at the show case . she started to get loud with me and  grabbing the different cheesecakes from the case  and set the on top of the case.  She was very short with me she was extremely rude very aggressive I was surprised with the customer service, the customer next to me was surprised too, he said to her, what the hell is your problem?  at the end I had to walk out to avoid the confrontation . Place like this should do have better customer service training program.  You’re paying enough money for the product and the least thing a customer should receive is little respect.  Sad.
