You can't go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory. We make it a point to have dinner here before heading back to Ontario. The ambience is nice. Our server Alex was friendly and the service was prompt. She took good care of us. I had the smokehouse burger, which was epic. One of the best burgers I've had in a long while. For dessert, we had the white chocolate caramel macadamia nut cheesecake, which was delicious. Overall, you can go wrong with this place. Had a great dinner with the wife.

Lovveee the cheesecakes here, the environment is very nice and super cute but they could put the music a little bit louder for the fun of it. We literally crossed the border for “white chocolate caramel macadamia nut ” and “Chocolate Godiva ”.. the cheesecakes were to die for. It was worth the trip! The Walden Galleria also gives it a positive hype, all for all the staff and the service is very good. I'll recommend it.

Great food, amazing service! Came in for dinner and had a shrimp and sausage pasta. There was an issue with my order not being accurate and our server Steven resolved the issue without question. He has been attentive to detail and easy to talk to. Finished the night with a mango key lime cheesecake, amazing stuff!

This is one of our family favorites we drive over from Erie every couple of weeks. The food is delicious .Annette, the manager goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly and the customer has a great experience. We even called back to see if my husband had left his phone and she took the time herself on a busy Saturday to check the both.

I used to love coming to the Cheesecake Factory until my experience I had today. First of all, I drive all the way from Toronto a few times a year to enjoy coming here with my family and every time except this once, has been exceptionally amazing. My husband and I just decided to come for dessert as we had dinner somewhere else, so I thought the service would be quick. However, two other couples sat down beside us at different tables and were helped immediately as per my husband and I were stuck waiting 15 minutes, until I finally decided to get up and ask the front who and where my server was. Immediately I could tell the waitress was annoyed with us and offered us water and asked what cake we wanted, I didn't even bother to ask what she recommended or the difference between them. The cake was excellent as usual, but at the end a totally new waitress came over to give us our bill without even asking us if we needed anything else or if we enjoyed it. Needless to say, my tip percentage showed how pleased I was with the service I received today. One bad experience can ruin all the amazing experiences a customer had and I believe the Cheesecake Factory needs to reevaluate their staff or update training methods regarding proper customer service. This restaurant was amazing while it lasted, but my family will take our business elsewhere from now on.
