This place seems to be popular, based on the never ending lines and long wait list, but I honestly cant figure out why. The food is unimaginative and is generally very caloric. If I'm going to indulge and consume million of calories, I want them to come from a creative dish that tastes amazing. Which is far from what this restaurant has to offer. The menu is too eclectic and has everything from thai/Chinese to Mexican and burgers. I would prefer if they figured out their culinary identity, found what they might be really good at, and focused on that instead of making dozens of mediocre dishes. Another issue is that they seem to be understaffed. Our server was friendly, but we it took a very long time for us to get our orders taken and get couple of things we asked for. This specific location had a cozy outside patio, though, which I enjoyed.

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. Meals are tasty, but the cheesecake is where it’s at. Don’t leave without trying at least one of their many flavors!

Regarding to the previous post saying poor service and the owner acknowledging what happened was an effort. Came to the factory hoping I didn't get the same treatment but excellent staff getting a table, orders came at a decent time, and Lynn was really helpful, give that man a raise.

Asked for indoor table for a party of 4, they gave us a booth. Asked for a table was told 12 tables no server, then told again, party of 8 would be seated at empty tables that "no server was here to cover". Was told that only outside table in heat but in shade. 3 attempts, finally asked for a Manager. Talked to Manager, who made it right! He was very nice and helpful! Bravo Sir!!! Food was good, our server was excellent, cucumber lemonade to die for!

Overrated food that only makes you come back because the portions are big... And the long lines make you think it's better than it is. If you skip the drinks and appetizers, and snack on bread and your entree, then share a slice of dessert, you can leave for a reasonable amount.
