We were greeted by the most vivacious and kind person ever. She just make our experience wonderful right from the beginning. The food was great but you could not have topped the welcome she had given us. You are so very, very lucky to have her represent the Cheesecake Factory. Excellent, friendly service, delicious food...something for every taste at comparable prices. Great cocktails! Large, clean ultra modern Ladies wash room. Of course, a variety of fabulous cheesecake you may order, "To go."

Unfortunately that's one of my worst experiences having food at this place. It's my first and last time I guess. I ordered a well done burger and got it too late (40 minutes) and it was OVER done and cold. We ordered also a well done steak and came medium! The table was wet, no tissues, no napkins or anything. Price was OK for the meals if served on time and freshly cooked. Staff are good but not attending to guests all the time.

The place was crowded but only had to wait 30 minutes which I thought wasn't bad at all. The food was great & everyone was friendly. I'll be going back

This was the worst experience I have ever had with the Cheesecake Factory. Our entire family came to celebrate our son's success with being accepted into college. The first issue was that we waited over an hour to be seated. Once we were finally seated and very hungry, we could not find our waiter. So we spent another 30 minutes nursing our water. When we finally placed our order, it took another hour for our food to come out. If we are going to wait 2 hours, then least you could do was make sure the food was good. My wife's pasta was hard and over cooked and the California omelet that I ordered without mushrooms...guess what. Yes, it had mushrooms. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will be visiting another Cheesecake Factory anytime soon. The manager offered us a piece of cheesecake...really? Should have gone to Dave and Busters.
