This group is not for us. When you call you get a automated answering service, this is a problem for me because I need to here a human voice when dealing with my children's health and well being. Many of the medical staff you will be seeing are not medical doctors/ pediatricians; they are physician assistants or nurse practitioners. The wrong treatment was given to my son and his board certfied specialist had to correct the medication. It is a NO for me!

Been coming to the CMG for 13+ yrs we have our favorite doctors and favorite staff too! Yes the wait is a bit long but, if you go anywhere else you deal with the same. We are an over populated area with children that have a need. Whether sick or healthy this place is awesome. Don't have anything bad to say..... Kudos to the Fishkill CMG

While there are a couple of talented doctors within this practice, they are never on-time and have no regard for parents'/kids' schedules. Wait times are typically over an hour- sometimes up to 2 on weekends. In addition, the staff that answer the phones are not helpful or flexible and are not able to "think outside the box". For example, my daycare sent them a form for medication to be administered and they told me I'd need to wait 24-48 hours to get the form back. It was only after calling 3 times, and 6 hours later that I actually got what i needed. We are moving soon and I am looking forward to a better place for my children to be seen. It's unfortunate for the talented doctors- my guess is that many customers have left for these reasons.

Most staffs, nurses and doctors are friendly and love children. A few doctors there are very knowledgeable. We have our favorite doctor and we are comfortable to see other doctors when our primary is not in. However,

1) They are not on time. You have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen, even though your appointment is early in the morning.

2) When your kids get upset sitting in the room for such a long overtime, do not try to walk in the hallway for 1~2 minutes. There is a lady nurse, being very impolite and rude. You will feel sorry for bringing your kids to a place that have such employee working around.
