This is a professional and honest company. Rich and his team are always ready to help no matter what time of the day it is. My unit stopped working this afternoon and although I was prepared to wait until tomorrow, Rich was not having it. Let's just say my unit is now running. Thank you Chilly Pig Team!

Excellent customer service, Rich was so kind, professional and quick to assist us on a weekend! Highly recommend, very knowledgeable, friendly and they have this texting system so you know when they are on The way and complete with a job.

Rich is the most honest and talented HVAC guy ever.  He always tries to fix before trying to sell up.  He is prompt (even early!) and knows his business like no other.  Sherri is terrific.  These two are always more concerned about the customer than anything else.  I've referred many people to them and they have never disappointed anyone.  Don't waste your time with anyone else - this company is the best!

Rich was great I didn't know what I was going to do a/c went out on a Sunday had no idea who to call and a neighbor mentioned his name; I'm so glad he is the one who I was able to reach.  Came out within a 2 hr window and his pricing was more than fair and work was exceptional!  Next time I need an a/c person I will know exactly who to call.
