Nice comfy spacious rooms.  We had own own 3-room suite with its own sitting area.  Super clean. New mattresses and many renovations. The breakfasts were delicious and large enough to keep us going almost until dinner.  Chris, Joan, and their staff were so nice to us. We felt like family.  An historic building with modern amenities.

My friend and I were hiking the Long Trail and made it to the Chipman Inn at around 9:00. I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, but Christopher set the bar incredibly high. By the time we arrived, we had missed dinner. Christopher was gracious enough to drive my friend and I to the next town to get something to eat. There was a multitude of interesting books to read and the room had every accommodation imaginable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and I didn't feel rushed at all. This Bed and Breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and they definitely accomplished that.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable.  The proprietors are very friendly and the breakfasts are delicious.  I highly recommend this inn.

Quaint little bed and breakfast in Ripton. It's a simple place with good history. It's ran by some great people who seem to love what they do.
