I have to share my experience with all of you looking for a cab company. I had an extremely wonderful experience. I had to pre-order the cab the night before and needed an early pick-up. Not only was my driver there at the requested time, he was ten minutes early. I did not have to prepay or leave any credit card information. The cab was immaculate and my drive, who turned out to be the owner, was wonderful. I had such an amazing experience that I could not believe it was only a cab ride. I felt so comfortable and could not believe I was in a cab! So if you are looking for a reliable and comfortable means of transportation with a courteous, polite, friendly and safe driver, then I highly recommend giving Citizen Taxi a call. Not to mention their rates were extremely fair.

I call them at 4am and say all drivers are busy and don't care if i need a ride home, im calling bbb so they get their license as a business removed for improper customers relations.
