Love the branch but hated the experience I had at Bridgeport. I was treated unfair by a ignorant bank teller. Unfortunately it's the closest to my house so I HAVE to go here at times,not because I want to.

This makes the third time in like 6 months where my card has been flagged for fraud I was buying food at Kennywood in Washington PA and the card was denied after about 20 minutes of being on hold iam basically told that oh you can only spend so much in a state. They did get it reactivated but at this point iam seriously feed up with the bs I mean god forbid my car breaks down anyplace but Ohio at this point. Also to add I had the same exact issues with new egg purchases and some other places that are Legit business. They canceled my new PC order after letting it go through . I personally had to call the bank to find out why my order which they allowed to go through was just suddenly canceled. It's just one big Hassel after another my advice to anyone who looks at this bank is to check others. Very dissatisfied.

(PLEASE READ ALL) When we put money in the bank apparently their is a 1,000 dollar spending limit. We called to see why the payment was not going through, and they said we automatically put that limit there (Without you knowing). After this was going on I asked if we can raise the limit, and they said only this time, but they couldn't do it because their manager left early. Another restrictions they put on my account was that I couldn't order products from California or Texas due to high level of fraud in those states. Even if I was ok with those risk I was wanting to order from trusted websites (Newegg and iBUYPOWER) they wouldn't let me. I really considering to complain to head office and speak up about these issues. But remember not all of these things are my local banks' fault, so in a way I do feel bad for them for having to tell us why we can't do the shopping/purchasing a freedom matter. One I found ironic was that on my card it says "The Freedom Card" and I can't spend my money on Amazon with an unlimited limit even though I have the money in the bank, but want to tell me how to spend MY money. On the bright side of it the staff that was one the phone was really nice, and most if not all the staff are really nice and awesome. It is just management putting these restrictions on us American citizens. But now it is harder to have an ease shopping experience with banks.

Great bank, many branches in the area. Very nice bank tellers. Easy to use ATM.
