My mom and I went in for a Signature pedicure and were told prior to coming in that the appointment would take 1 hour. While on the phone, the receptionist knew we were only interested in a pedicure but yet decided to up sell other services to us. Although she told us we had to be there in 5 minutes because I just called to see if there were any availability, she continued to waste my time by trying to get me to do other services. In short, we rushed out of the room to make it there on time. When we got there,  it took them an additional 7 minutes before we were seated. The entire appointment we were just watching as they rushed through us. The tech who did my mom skipped a procedure until my mom mentioned it to her. Everything was like boom, boom, done. Then they placed our slippers on after the last coat of polish and basically kicked us out. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left took exactly 45 minutes (including the 7 minutes we had to wait around). On the way out, go figure they rushed through us.....they both had other clients waiting. A terrible shame that a hotel of this name that is supposed to deliver high quality services especially also because of the price.....failed to do so miserably. Funny enough....I did see the bad ratings on google but didn't have time to read it. I should of and it would of save my mom the disappointment and anger (lol)....I had to hear it the entire night from her. 

So do yourself a favor.....don't go here unless you want to ruin your day or trip and be angry after this visit. You will be happier physically throwing your $110 cash in the toilet and flushing it.

Throughout all we did over four days at Wynn and Encore this was far-and-away the absolutely worst and most EMBARRASSING of our Wynn experience.  To summarize, my wife reserved a blow out a week in advance and encouraged three of her girlfriends to do the same - all booked in advance.  Everyone was excited.  The experience however was terrible:

. staff was rude saying to one of our guests on sitting "Look, I only have 45 minutes to finish you" - notably the service is 1 hour;
. the staff was unprepared for their visit;
. the services for one of the guests started late although all scheduled at the same time;
. all four of the guests were sat separately / far away from each other;
. no customary drinks offered while waiting although other guests were provided the same experience (and we have before);
. the fees were not clear and inflated compared to previous visits;
. upsold without disclosure or permission from guests (e.g. offered conditioner choices but no disclosure on associated increased fees);
. services were extremely cut short, incomplete or rushed (e.g. paying $130 for a blow out but no or very little scalp massage when that is part of the services noted and previously provided);
. inconsistent with other visits;

All-in-all after recommending these services to our guests based on previous visits, we were so embarrassed that we will never attend nor recommend a visit again.  In fact we felt so scammed we want to this negative review online in an effort to help others save themselves the trouble.

In a word very UN-Wynn-like.
